C-UTS, established in 2002,is a third-party inspection, testing, and certificationorganization for textile and consumer goods directly under the China National Textileand Apparel Council and hosted by the China Textile Information Center. lt hasestablished a comprehensive testing network in key industrial clusters across thecountry over the past two decades. The headquarters, United Testing Services(Beijing) Technology Group Co., Ltd., is located in Beijing. Meanwhile, it has set up12 laboratories and 21 service outlets in Guangdong, Fujian, Shanghai, ZhejiangJiangsu, Hebei, Jiangxi, Shandong, and Hubei provinces (municipalities).
